Excess sun exposure can correlate to sun damage and burns. In addition to wearing regular SPF 30 or higher after sun is a great way to protect and recover the skin from sun exposure. Today I'm sharing my do it yourself after sun body mist. It's simple, cost effective, and suited for all skin types.
