Welcome to Nia Imani! Summer is officially upon us. With summer comes beach days, all day trips, laying out by the pool; that means excessive amounts of sun exposure. Excess sun exposure can correlate to sun damage and burns. In addition to wearing regular SPF 30 or higher after sun is a great way to protect and recover the skin from sun exposure. Today I'm sharing my do it yourself after sun body mist. It's simple, cost effective, and suited for all skin types.

Welcome back to Nia Imani! Today's post is going to be a DIY mask. I haven't done anything like this in quite a while. I wanted to share my favorite DIY mask with you guys.
This mask is soothing, anti-inflammatory, and refining; it's perfect for all skin types and conditions. The key ingredients are oatmeal and clove oil. Oatmeal is gently exfoliating and calming. It also softens the skin. Clove is also anti-inflammatory and soothing. The other ingredients are hydrating, balancing, and soothing; together they balance, hydrate, refine, restorative, and soften the skin. It's perfect!
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl. Once the mixture is smooth apply it to the skin.
The skin would be supple, calm, refined, and well balanced. This mask can be used multiple times of week. With consistency someone could see long term results within 30 to 45 days.
