Anyhow!!!! I know there is only a month or so of Summer left but, that doesn't mean we should stop getting "Summer Ready"; it only means we should work harder! With that said, I am embarking on this 90 day squat challenge. Like most women, I want a firm "bubble" butt and I think this challenge will really help me out. If you are looking to challenge yourself and/or firm your butt, thighs, etc. do this squat challenge with me. I will list the number of squats and the days below.
